HIRING A CREW CHIEF FOR THE FALL 2021 SEASON
Cottonwood Archaeology, based in Moab, Utah is hiring 1-2 seasonal on-call crew chiefs for the 2021 field season. Pay between $20-$23 per hour based on experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Archaeology or closely related field with a field school.
• At least 3 months of professional experience
• Western U.S. experience preferred.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles per day
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Covid-19 vaccination
J pedestrian survey,
• site recordation,
• site form write-up,
• data entry, and
• QAQC
• Managing crew, daily tasks and reporting to the Principal Investigator
• Other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator
Travel required.
Office work will be at-home
