About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army National Guard Readiness Center, G-9, Resource Division, Conservation Branch in Arlington, Virginia.
This is an Interdisciplinary Position for one of the following series: Physical Scientist GS-1301-13, Biologist GS-0401-13 or Archeologist GS-0193-13. Management can hire at any series.

Provide technical expertise in 10 USC Section 2684a: ?Agreements to limit encroachments and other constraints on military training, testing and operations? and specifically the Army Compatible Use Buffer (ACUB) Program efforts.
Serve as a senior level Cooperative Agreement Manager (CAM) for multiple complex ACUB Cooperative Agreements (CAs) that require a high level of coordination with a variety of internal and external organizations.
Serve as primary action officer for review and submission of annual Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Proposals and execution database reporting, annual ACUB reports, new ACUB proposals and ACUB Plan Updates.
Establish guidance, management controls and provide training to ensure financial controls and invoicing requirements for program auditability including quarterly financial briefings to internal stakeholders and regular Program Management Reviews.
