Duties
Responsible for the direct supervision of Project Managers, technical and support staff.
Lead, direct, and coordinate work among your Section to complete assignments and tasks within the prescribed time limits or schedules and within the allotted labor resource (man-hours or dollars) budget.
Coordinate the planning and execution of environmental investigation and remediation projects of considerable scope and complexity.
Proactively meet established suspense dates on both intermediary and major milestones for all major branch work products.
Review project progress, measuring performance and taking necessary corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost.
Provide guidance, tutoring, support and work product reviews to junior engineers, scientists, project managers, interns and technicians as necessary to ensure continued development of technical skills and delivery of quality products.
