Duties
Establish technical goals and criteria including identifying constraints for all project and program phases.
Serves as the primary Planning and Environmental Division point of contact for archaeological matters.
Serves as the Lead Archaeologist, responsible for overall control, development, coordination, and execution of assigned programs.
Applies an expert of knowledge of planning and archaeological concepts, principles, methods, and practices in various programs.
Organizes and leads meetings, represents District on cultural resources matters, and effectively communicates technical information to others.
Maintain contacts with existing customers and through own initiative seeks new customers that will enable initiatives within the district.
Resolves technical issues and disseminates the solutions.
Responsible for managing the Agency’s cultural resources programs as a technical expert.
